Coconut Ginger granola starts with the usual organic suspects—oats, almonds, and cashews, but then takes a turn toward the islands—coconut, pumpkin seeds, crystallized ginger, dried pineapple, dried mango, and lime zest. 

It’s both mellow and unexpectedly vibrant. Coconut Ginger’s zippy flavor pops in a bowl of cold milk or yogurt.
